Here we are into June already, with high hopes for a warm and sunny summer season, we have lots of events coming your way. More information of our events can also be found on our Facebook page (NC TLC Trust children’s cancer charity) and website www.nctlctrust.com
On Tuesday 13th June Wollaston BMW are holding a Charity Golf Event at Northampton Golf Club, this is open to anyone wishing to take part. If you would like to register and for more information then please contact kate.moll@wollastonbmw.co.uk or call 01604 232000.
Another Golf event is being hosted in September by Northampton Eighty Lions who have nominated us as their charity for this year, they said “Lions Club International are celebrating one hundred years of service in the community and clubs around the world have been challenged (among others) to support those organisations involved in the care and treatment of children suffering from cancer, Northampton Eighty Lions Club is therefore delighted to have chosen NC TLC Trust to be the principal beneficiary of its annual golf day”. As we do each month we have many thank you’s to share, starting off by thanking the Co-op in Earls Barton and their customers who have supported us over the last 6 months and raising a total amount of £1431. Thank you to Wollaston BMW and The Lighthouse restaurant for purchasing 61 Easter eggs for our charity children.

Thank you to Terminator Clothing Ltd for the amazing vests etc. that they have made for our events and not forgetting Ambivent who have funded them. The vest was worn by Mark

London Marathon runners

26.6 mile run and still smiling

Rainbow for our first event, the London Marathon. Mark Said “My brother (Dave Rainbow) and I would just like to say what an absolute honour it has been to be able to run the marathon on behalf of your amazing charity – thank you for giving us the opportunity – what you do is an inspiration to us all! We think there may be some sponsorship still to come and obviously, we still need to match the donations already made… which we will do as soon as all monies are in. Thank you all again and keep up the fantastic work for what is an amazing cause. Bless you all” x

Thank you to Annie, Renee and Diane for the wonderful teddies that you handmade and donated to us, Thank you for the further £35 donation from the family of the late Josephine Ralph.
Alistair McCarter was presented with an award for Champion Gardener, supplying his knowledge and
time to our children at the allotment, Thank you for all your help.
Thank you, Mike Skidmore from Barrett & Coe, for the voucher donating a family portrait to the value of £570 which I am sure will be up for grabs at this year’s charity ball. Not forgetting Sarah Golds for her donation of £20, we would also like to thank those who have donated/supported us with Gift aid as we have received a further £329.98
